Girl Scouts paint their way to the Bronze Award
“Girl Scout Troop 548 earns the bronze Award. The girls helped Clearbrook Elementary School stay up to the 21st Century in their Cafeteria by painting a new mural for the children to enjoy. Most of the girl scouts attended Clearbrook and wanted to do something for their school. They spent several hours painting the 8′x20′ picture. They found out painting on this scale took a lot of work and most of them found it fun. Troop 548 has been together for many years and has bridged to Cadette Scouts this spring. We thank the Community for our cookie sales this year which enables us to tkae our firled trips and help with the costs of our community service projects.”
