Senior Mark Overstreet named Cave Spring Knight

Senior Mark Overstreet today was named the 2009-2010 Cave Spring Knight. Overstreet is a member of the state-champion Cave Spring basketball team as well as the track and cross-country teams.
“Mark is an amazing student/athlete. He is a natural leader who brings a ton of enthusiasm. Mark is an excellent choice to be this year’s Knight,” said Tommy McGuire, CSHS track and cross-country coach.
Each year, the staff at Cave Spring High School vote to select one senior who best represents the values of the Knight. Perhaps the most famous past-Knight is Tiki Barber.
