Superintendent Lorraine Lange to get $20,000 raise

The Roanoke County School Board voted Thursday evening to amend Superintendent Lorraine Lange‘s contract to give the schools chief the same pay raise other division employees are expected to receive next fiscal year.

Lange, whose previous contract paid her $150,696, will earn $171,495.70 in 2012-13. Lange’s contract is set to expire June 30,2014.
