Roanoke artist to discuss sister-city experience in Poland on Wednesday, Aug. 8
Roanoke Valley Sister Cities and the Opole Poland Committee, with the Arts Council of the Blue Ridge, invite you to a presentation by Roanoke artist Chico Harkrader at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 8 at the South County Library, 6303 Merriman Road, Roanoke.
Join us for an hour-long audiovisual presentation relaying Harkrader’s unique artist experience in Roanoke County’s sister city of Opole, Poland. View the beauty of Poland and Opole’s architecture and churches. Learn about our sister city of Opole, Poland, and our art and music exchanges. Light refreshments will be served.
