Virginia Scrappers 12U – Leftwich team ended its season by winning the “Clash of Champions“ tournament held Aug 3-5 in Burlington, N.C. The team went 7-1 for the weekend. Saturday started off with a 1-2 loss to Chatham Crush. The team bounced back and finished the day 2-1, with wins over 3 G’s (2-0) and Weekend Warriors (5-2). Sunday included wins over Chatham Crush (6-3), Outlaws (5–4 in ITB), Chatham Elite (6-2), Triad Pride Blue (8-4) and Triad Pride Blue (10-1) in the championship game. Great job girls.
