All retirees of Roanoke County Public Schools (administrators, bus drivers, secretarial staff, custodians, teachers, teacher assistants, etc.) are invited to attend the RCRTA’s (Roanoke County Retired Teachers Association’s) meeting Sept. 21 at 9:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Tanglewood. Brian Jacks will present a brief program on “AARP’s Focus of Roanoke.” School supplies will be collected for donations to Roanoke County elementary schools.
