DRACULA – A Horror – Suspense play by Hamilton Deane and John L Balderston will play at Showtimers of Roanoke September 19 – 30th 21012….. Wednesdays – Saturdays at 8pm and Sunday matinees at 2pm.

Lucy Seward has been attacked by some mysterious illness. Dr Van Helsing believes that the girl is the victim of a vampire – who is at last found to be a certain Count Dracula. This 1927 adaptation of Bram Stoker’s original horror novel comes to life on the Showtimers stage and features Stephen Balz, Caitlin Coleman, Tim Kennard, Kevin McAlexander, Spencer Meredith, Chris Reidy, Michael Ridenhour and Heather Simpson. Kris Laguzza directs.

Auditions for the final show of the 2012 Season, OVER THE RIVER AND THROUGH THE WOODS by Joe DiPietro, will be held Saturday, September 22 at 2pm and Sunday, September 23 at 6pm at the theater – Phil Boyd directs. Parts for 2 women and 2 men – approx ages 65 – 75 and 1 man and 1 woman – approx ages 25 – 30.
