Short but sweet. That’s the best way to describe the Cave Spring High School Fall Concert on Monday, October 22. The Knight Choir performed five songs which showed off their talent perfectly. Katie Curd, the choir director for Cave Spring High School, started off by introducing the choir as well as the accompanist, Seung Won Cho. After the introduction, the performance began. The choir started off by performing a South African folksong called “Siyahamba.” This was a very uplifting song and started the evening out right. The choir followed up by singing “Danny Boy,” “Dream Keeper,” Shenandoah,” and finished with a Spiritual song called “ Didn’t My Lord Deliver Daniel.” The concert may not have been very long, but the songs that the choir sang were certainly done well. The Knight Choir’s next performance will be on December 7 at 5:30pm where they will be the featured singers for “Dickens of a Christmas.” Their next concert will be held at the Cave Spring High School Auditorium on December 17 at 7pm.
