Pebble Creek residents participated in a Most Adorable Pets Contest the week of Sept. 24-28, and Oakley and Ophelia tied for first place! Oakley and Ophelia’s parents will be able to come in and collect their Kroger gift cards on Tuesday, and all participants will receive a treat bag.
