Coach’s Seeding/Scratch meeting: Thursday Dec.6, 2012.

All coaches welcome to come to participate. 7:00PM at Hidden Valley High School in Room 314. Meeting conducted by Larry Hall for seeding of individuals.

Time/Date:

Friday Dec.7, 2012.

Session 1:

Weigh-ins between 12:00 PM

Coach’s final meeting: 1:30 PM

Matches begin at 2:00 PM

Saturday Dec. 8, 2012.

Session 2:

Weigh-ins at 9:00 AM.

Matches begin 10:00 AM-

Session 3:

Finals- 4:00PM

Entry Fees: $175.00 Please send in by Nov.23.

Admission: $6.00 Friday $8.00 All Day Saturday $12 Two-day pass

Dressing Areas: Locker Rooms available, but each team is responsible for their valuables.

Lunches: On Friday, teams are welcome to eat in the school cafeteria after they weigh-in.

Hospitality Room: Coaches, Officials, and workers only.

Concessions: Food prepared for teams to buy in the concession stand by Boosters. Also, breakfast for teams on Saturday morning after weigh-ins will be available.

*Each team will be allowed two additional people besides wrestlers and coaches and they must enter with their team.

*All coolers will be confined to the back hall area and not allowed in the gym.

***SATURDAY***

Due to ACT Testing on Saturday morning, all wrestlers and coaches must enter the school through the outside gym doors. There will be no one allowed through the front doors until 9:00AM.
