John McCain coming to Southwest Roanoke County

Southwest Roanoke County gets another high-profile political visit on Saturday, this time from Arizona Sen. John McCain, the Republican candidate for president in 2008. He and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham will visit the Republicans’ regional office near Tanglewood Mall Saturday evening.
