Over the River and Through the Woods

In this comedy by Joe DiPietro, Nick Cristano is from a loving, close Italian-American family. Both sets of grandparents live on the same street in Hoboken, and, every Sunday, Nick takes a bus from his home in New York City to have dinner with the family.

With his parents in Florida and his sister living in California, Nick is all the family they have nearby to spoil, so, when Nick is offered a job promotion that will take him to the west coast, his grandparents must find a reason for him to stay in the East.
