Roanoke County turn-out lags behind 2008 pace
As of 10 a.m. turn-out in Roanoke County was at 27.85 percent, according to Judy Stokes, Registrar for Roanoke County. This does not include absentee ballots.
Four years ago, at 10 a.m., turn out was at 33.15 percent, Stokes said.
