Photos: Roanoke County lights Christmas Tree at library

Monday, December 3, was the Roanoke County Tree Lighting at the South County Library. We have photos by Loren Wright, which you can see in the slideshow or in a different view here. Here is more from Loren about the event:

The Master of ceremonies was Richard C. Flora, with a holiday welcome by Diana L. Rosapepe. The Penn Forest Elementary School “ASK” children sang some carols, then the tree was lit. Through the parking lot in a fire truck was Santa! There were also children’s activities, and fun for the whole family. It was a beautiful warm night and very enjoyable.
