Rosalind Hills Baptist Church Child Development Center (RHCDC), 2005 Langdon Road in Roanoke, announces the addition of full-time Summer Camp and Preschool programs to their childcare ministry.

RHCDC is now enrolling three-year-old to Pre-K students for the year round, full-time preschool. The program will include developmentally appropriate curriculum that will prepare students for kindergarten. The first day of class will be Monday, June 3.

“We have an overwhelming need in our area for a full-time Christian childcare center. We hope to fill the need of the parents by providing their children with a safe, loving and fun environment while their parents are working,” said Cathy Harris, Minister to Children at Rosalind Hills Baptist Church.

In addition, the after-school care program will host a Summer Camp during the summer months. This is an activity packed, full-time program for school age children. Each Summer Camp week is themed and will include field trips, arts and crafts, music and recreation.

“We have a ton of activities scheduled for our school age Summer Camp. Our staff is well trained and loves to get the kids involved in learning. It will be a great experience for everyone,” explained Leigh Atkinson, RHCDC After-School Care and Summer Camp Coordinator.

Enrollment is open for the Preschool, Summer Camp and fall 2013 After-School Care programs. The RHCDC Preschool is open to three and four year olds. The Summer Camp and After-School Care programs are open to children in grades K – 5.  Full-time hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the school year, After-School Care is available until 6:30 p.m. Sibling discounts are available.

To learn more about the programs, download an enrollment form and view pricing options visit www.RosalindHills.org/CDC or call RHCDC at 540-339-9369. Spaces are limited so reserve your spot soon!
