Jefferson College hosts open house for emergency services on Jan. 19

Jefferson College of Health Sciences will host an Open House for their Bachelor of Science in Emergency Services (ES) Program. At the event, prospective students interested in a career in an emergency services profession, like firefighting or paramedic, can learn more about the curriculum, see the state-of-the art classrooms and skills labs where they would learn and hear about the process for application. Tours of the College’s residence hall will also be available.

The event is Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital on the JCHS campus at 101 Elm Avenue, SE in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Directions can be found here.

Those interested in attending should RSVP by Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 to Ashton Downs, JCHS Office of Admissions, at amdowns@jchs.edu or (540) 985-9766. The RSVP should include the names and number of guests attending with them.
