Terrapin, an Irish Setter/Poodle mix, is already enjoying the snow at his Southwest County home.  Lauren Tiffany, his owner said that he was still on this same perch even after fifteen minutes surveying the scene!  Terrapin loves being outside and enjoying the weather, but this snow is something new and exciting!
