Gold’s Gym – 419 and the Roanoke Valley SPCA are getting ”pumped for pets” with our third-annual RVSPCA fundraiser, Unconditonal Love, now through Feb. 28.

Pets are more than just animals – they provide many health benefits, as well as unconditional love. There will be special “Share the Love” classes for members/nonmembers with a RVSPCA donation on Saturday, Feb. 23, including a 75-minute Combo Class/Body Pump and CXWORX (ABS) from 9:45 to 11 a.m. and Zumba from 11 to 12 p.m.

We are collecting goods, such as dog food, cat food, toys, etc., now. View the Roanoke Valley SPCA’s wish list at  http://www.rvspca.org/support-us/donate/wish-list-of-needed-items. Stop in and see our members’ pets in our annual “Cutest Pet Contest.”

Last year, $1,243 in cash was raised, plus more than 1,000 pounds of food (that equates 3,000 meals!) and more than $1,000 worth of toys, bedding and cleaning supplies! Our goal is to beat last year! Please help us to help them.
