Photos: North Cross School National Signing Day

North Cross School in Roanoke County cheered one of their star soccer players on Wednesday, January 6.  It was National Signing Day and the school had great reason to celebrate the event.  Senior India Helmer, daughter of Keith and Dr. Tracy Helmer, signed a letter of intent to play Division 1 soccer at Appalachian State.  When asked what she is most excited about with this new chapter in her life, Helmer said, “I am excited to be a part of such a wonderful school family… [when I visited] they made me feel so welcome.”  India is currently the Varsity Girls Soccer Captain at North Cross School.
