She’s had Cinder for three years.

If Cinder is a pug/dachshund mix that was adopted 3 years ago in February from the Dublin Shelter, I believe we have a sibling. I seem to remember 3 black and 3 tan colored puppies that were called “Peeners”. Our female is tan.
