Joyce Sims of Radford shares these photos from the Wildwood Outdoor Classroom Summer Lecture called “Snakes Alive! Copperheads, Rattlesnakes and More: Facts and Misconceptions!” on July 5.
The presentation was given by Wildlife and Fisheries biologist Jason Reger of Blue Ridge Wildlife Management, and children even got the chance to hold some of the program’s snakes.

Loved seeing our son Ethan (with white Angry Birds shirt). This is such a great series and he really loved getting to hold the snake. Thanks Joyce!
