NRCA announces 2012-13 Board of Director officers
New River Community Action Inc. recently elected its Board of Directors officers for the 2012-13 program year: Chairman John McCandlish of Radford; Vice-Chairman John McEnhill of Floyd; and secretary/treasurer Robert Hendrickson of Radford. Others serving on the board are Don Clark, Mary Critzer, Alaina Gelbert, Nolen Goad, Kathryn Hoover, Terry Mays, Elaine Powell, Corbin Vierling, Aaron Smith, Kristin Adams and Theo van Blerk.
The mission of NRCA, a local anti-poverty agency serving the New River Valley since 1965, is to promote and support the well-being and self-reliance of individuals, families and communities. New River Community Action appreciates the continued leadership provided by its officers and directors.
