Pastor Tuck of Blacksburg thanks congregations for development projects
I am writing to commend our Christian sisters and brothers at Christ Episcopal Church and Blacksburg Baptist Church. The people of both congregations have recently undertaken projects that reflect a deep commitment to our community. The congregation at Christ Episcopal Church has nearly completed extensive renovations to their beautiful facilities. It was a large undertaking! The church facilities look beautiful! The people at Blacksburg Baptist Church have purchased new properties encompassing 60 acres. It reflects a significant investment in the future of this community, and the people there are to be commended for their sacrificial giving. Blacksburg has many other faith communities who are giving generously in ways that enrich the larger community. I celebrate these accomplishments, and I want to express my deep appreciation for such examples of faith among us!
