RADFORD – Hundreds of trick-or-treaters walked down Main Street in Radford Wednesday afternoon going from store to store, filling up their plastic pumpkin containers and makeshift Halloween bags with candy.
Goblins, ghouls and witches wandered the town. Even Darth Vader made an appearance during Radford’s Annual Trick-or-Treat Trail.
Several businesses participated in the event by handing out candy and pamphlets along East and West Main streets as well as Tyler and Third avenues.
New Horizons Church held a festival in the Farmers Market parking lot. There were games, inflatables, food and a band played music.
The Burgs’ Mike Shaw was there and shares photos from the event.
