On Stage Apparel in Pearisburg held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony Dec. 8 with the Giles County Chamber of Commerce. Attending the event along with owner Amanda Moser were Pearisburg Mayor Robert Dickerson, Pearisburg Town Manager Ken Vittum, Chamber Director Cathy Clark and representatives from local pageants.

The store features dance, gymnastics, cheer and pageantry apparel, along with ballet/tap shoes, tights and accessories. Moser is carrying the Moret and Balera lines and has been approved to begin stocking the Capezio line. The store offers size ranges from child XXS to adult XL.

“This new business in Pearisburg will certainly fill a niche as many young ladies are involved in dance, cheer and pageants. This gives parents the opportunity to shop locally for this specific apparel,” said Clark.

On Stage is located at 115 Tazewell St. in Pearisburg. Hours are Monday through Thursday 4 to 8 p.m.; Friday 4 to 6 p.m.; and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call the store at 599-9560.
