Dance.tech Performing Arts Studio introduces Angelina Ballerina program
Dance.tech Performing Arts Studio is now an official Angelina Ballerina Dance Academy! Angelina Ballerina Dance Academy classes are taught through a nationwide network of top-quality dance studios. Your child will receive a quality dance education in a caring and fun environment, all based on the beloved Angelina Ballerina character.
Originally created by author Katharine Holabird in 1983 as a series of books, the wildly popular dancing mouse even has a musical in New York. Now, the “little star with big dreams” is sharing her love of dance with children in Blacksburg as Dance.tech Performing Arts Studio has joined more than 120 studios throughout Canada and the U.S. in the Angelina Ballerina Dance Academy. Created by dance education specialist, Beverly Spell, the curriculum is targeted to children ages 3-6 and teaches two levels of beginner ballet. The classes at Dance.tech focus on one storybook per month, tying in the popular television show and books.
