Griffith announces U.S. Service Academy Nominations
Wednesday January 16, 2013 – Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement today announcing those receiving congressional nominations from his office to the United States Service Academies:
“Southwest Virginia, Southside Virginia, and the Alleghany Highlands have a rich history of military service, and it is an honor to nominate these young men and women to the United States Service Academies. I commend these students for their willingness to serve the United States of America, and am confident that they will do so with honor and distinction. I congratulate the nominees, and wish each of them great success in their academic and career pursuits.”
