Lane receives GRI designation
The Virginia Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce that one of its members, David Lane was awarded the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute GRI designation.
Lane received the nationally recognized GRI designation on in December 2012 by completing 90 classroom hours of real estate instruction with emphasis on topics such as legal liabilities, professional standards, construction and new home sales and specialized areas such as appraisal, financing, real estate investments and taxation. The designation is awarded exclusively to REALTORS®. David Lane also holds ePRO®, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource SFR®, and NAR GREEN professional designations.
The Virginia GRI program is offered throughout Virginia in twelve one-day modules and is certified by the National Association of REALTORS®, the nation’s largest trade association with a membership of over 1,000,000 members.
