Space still available in NRCC Zumba Fitness class
Spaces are still available in the Zumba Fitness class currently offered through New River Community College. The class meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. at Critzer Elementary School in Pulaski through March 28.
This beginner/intermediate class features rhythms set to high-energy, international beats and is designed for anyone at any fitness level. Participants can add Zumba toning sticks for a high-cardio, body-sculpting workout.
Tuition for the course is $50. For more information, call the NRCC Office of Workforce Development at 674-3600, ext. 4323.
