Eucalyptus gallery to host artist reception for Knic Umstead’s “Phase Rift” on Friday, June 1

The art show “Phase Rift,” featuring painting and multimedia works by Knic Umstead, will be displayed at the Eucalyptus Massage Center Gallery in downtown Blacksburg through mid-July. An opening reception will be held 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 1, in conjunction with the Downtown Blacksburg Inc. Art Crawl with Scavenger Hunt and Spoken Word Celebration.
Umstead teaches in the art department at Radford University and has been showing art in Southwest Virginia for more than 10 years.
The gallery is located at 201 S. Main St., at the corner of Main and Lee streets.
