The After School Arts Enrichment Program Exhibit in the Breezeway Gallery at The Jacksonville Center will close Thursday, Jan. 31.

Selected student artwork from the After School Enrichment Program is showcased.  The artwork consists of two dimensional drawings, paintings and illustrations; three dimensional papier-mâché, duct tape and clay sculpture; and photographs of students at work in performing classes.

Parents are encouraged to pick up their child’s artwork after Jan. 31.

The After School Arts Enrichment Program was a part of Floyd Art Reach, an ongoing effort by The Jacksonville Center that endeavors to give children opportunities to grow and learn in art-rich environments.  These opportunities are grant funded and will hopefully be continued this year.

For more information about the Jax visit jacksonvillecenter.org or call 540-745-2784.
