Wine event to benefit Giles Animal Rescue
A wine tasting to benefit Giles County Animal Rescue will be held Saturday at the Mountain Lake Road Overlook.
Sponsored by Altavista Vineyards, the event will take place from noon to dusk.
Tasting fees of $5 per person will be donated to the animal rescue’s spay/neuter fund.
The overlook, featuring a new deck, is located at Virginia 700, about two miles from Mountain Lake Hotel.
