13 Montgomery County residents named outstanding students at NRCC

Thirteen Montgomery County residents were among the 40 students who were announced as Outstanding Students in a Curriculum/Subject Area at the recent President’s Awards Ceremony at New River Community College in Dublin.

They are: Jacob Beauseigneur, Game Technology & Animation Specialization and IT Game Design Specialization; Theresa Conti, Public Speaking; Brenda Epperly, Nursing; Ai Fukushima, IT Computer Graphics and Web Design Specialization; Bradley Griffith, Electronics Technology; Minsung Ha, Business Administration; Nicole Harless, Music; Danny Hazelwood, General Studies; Brian Muller, General Studies; Lori Peppers, Education; Michael Rucker, Computer-Aided Drafting and Design; Maegan Stebbins, General Studies; and Katy St. Marie, Medical Administrative Support Specialization.

The awards were determined by the faculty in the various programs at the college. All students receiving the Outstanding Student in a Curriculum award have completed requirements for an associate degree, certificate or diploma and are eligible to participate in the college’s commencement ceremony on Friday, May 11.
