Ring Premiere Fireworks Display at Virginia Tech is Thursday, Oct. 18
The Class of 2014 invites the Virginia Tech and Town of Blacksburg communities to view the Ring Premiere Fireworks Display which will be fired off on the Virginia Tech Drillfield on Thursday, Oct. 18 at approximately 9 p.m. The Corps of Cadets Skipper Cannon will also be fired once before the fireworks and once after the display.
Before and during the fireworks display vehicular and pedestrian traffic may be restricted on and around the Drillfield loop. This 10-15 minute display is being done in accordance to the many requirements by the commonwealth of Virginia, the Virginia Tech Office of Environmental Health and Safety and both the Virginia Tech and Blacksburg police departments.
