NRCC staff members honored by Virginia Community College System

Three New River Community College staff members were recently honored by the Virginia Community College System at the 2012 Workforce Development Services Chancellors Awards Luncheon in Abingdon.
Roger Adkins received NRCC’s chancellor’s award for his work in community service, Hilda Haga received the award for her work in employer services, and Dan Lookadoo received the award for his work in occupation-specific instruction and services.
The Chancellor’s Awards are held each year and are designed to recognize outstanding contributions made by work-force development services instructors, trainers and staff.
