NRV residents named to UMW president’s and dean’s lists for fall 2012
The University of Mary Washington has announced its President’s List and Dean’s List for the fall semester of the 2012-13 academic year.
The President’s List recognizes outstanding academic achievement at the university by full-time students who attain a perfect 4.0 GPA. Kimberly Slater, a senior from Christiansburg, was among the 92 students named to the list.
The Dean’s List recognizes outstanding academic achievement by full-time students who attain a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of a possible 4.0. The following New River Valley students are among the 727 students named to the Dean’s List:
- Colleen Dolloff, a junior from Blacksburg
- Abigail Heller, a junior from Blacksburg
- Abigail Kimmitt, a senior from Blacksburg
- Alison Lee, a junior from Christiansburg
The University of Mary Washington has a total enrollment of more than 5,000, features colleges of business, education and arts and sciences, and three campuses, including a residential campus in Fredericksburg, a second one in nearby Stafford and a third in Dahlgren.
