NRV residents named to fall president’s and dean’s list at JMU
The following James Madison University students from the New River Valley have been named to the president’s list for the fall 2012 semester:
- Harley Burton of Radford, a sophomore whose major is biology
- Sydney Sumner of Blacksburg, a junior whose major is integrated science and technology
- Stephen Wolf of Blacksburg, a junior whose major is kinesiology
- Sallie Drumheller of Blacksburg, a senior whose major is media arts and design
- Elizabeth Wood of Blacksburg, a senior whose major is music
Students who receive president’s list honors must carry a semester course load of at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.9 or above.
The following James Madison University students from the New River Valley have been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester:
- Lindsay Amateis of Blacksburg, a senior whose major is psychology
- Alexandra Gillespie of Radford, a senior whose major is economics
- Emily Hall of Blacksburg, a senior whose major is accounting.
- Alexandra Hickling of Christiansburg, a senior whose major is anthropology
- Virginia Ingram of Blacksburg, a freshman whose major is graphic design
- Abigail Lacy of Radford, a senior whose major is justice studies
- Lena Rankin of Blacksburg, a senior whose major is media arts and design
- Byron Sullivan of Christiansburg, a sophomore whose major is economics
- Kayla Woollums of Christiansburg, a junior whose major is intelligence analysis.
Students who receive dean’s list honors must carry a semester course load of at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA between 3.5 and 3.899.
