Blacksburg couple charged with abuse, neglect of infant twins

A Blacksburg couple has been charged with abuse and neglect of their two-month-old twins, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

John Paul Clark, 23, and Richelle Lindsey Smith, 20, are being held without bail in county jail, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
