Traffic backed up at U.S. 460 westbound in Montgomery County
U.S. 460 bypass westbound coming off Interstate 81 is currently backed up, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office dispatch confirmed this morning.
No one was injured.

We’ll that doesn’t give us much. I have a friend that’s been stuck in traffic for over an hour and a half already. No one was injured? Was there an accident? Will more information become available? Thanks for the heads up, I guess…..

I saw the whole thing happen. An evergreen wht pickup truck pulling a large trailer, lost control…hit the guard rail and the trailer then flipped on its side. There was no reason for the scene to take so long to be cleared. I watched cops sipping on coffee, just talking, taking their time, not doing much. After more then 1 hour finally a tow truck arrived and within another hour they cleared the scene. To clear the scene it really only took about 20 minutes. The rest of the time was people just walking around, doing nothing. I guess waiting on the tow truck.
