An evergreen wht pickup truck pulling a large trailer, lost control…hit the guard rail and the trailer then flipped on its side. There was no reason for the scene to take so long to be cleared. I watched cops sipping on coffee, just talking, taking their time, not doing much. After more then 1 hour finally a tow truck arrived and within another hour they cleared the scene. To clear the scene it really only took about 20 minutes. The rest of the time was people just walking around, doing nothing. I guess waiting on the tow truck.
