Blacksburg police investigating a Wednesday night armed robbery

Police arrested a Roanoke woman this morning for allegedly taking part in an armed robbery with two other people, according to a release from the Blacksburg Police Department.
Tira Sada Ciearia Lewis, 25, was arrested at approximately 9:30 a.m. and is being held without bond in Montgomery County Jail, according to the release.
The incident was reported close to 11 p.m. last night, when Blacksburg Police went to Montgomery Regional Hospital to speak with a man who said he was injured in a robbery. The man said the robbery took place in the Nellie’s Cave Road area of town, and involved several men and at least one women. He said he and two female friends were approached by the group, armed with handguns, and robbed of cash and a purse. The alleged victim said during the robbery, he sustained an injury to his face. He checked into the hospital, where he was treated and released.
Police need help identifying the other people, and have a limited description. All they were told is that the group consisted of black men wearing dark clothing.
