Riner man charged with having sex with an underaged girl

Montgomery County authorities arrested and charged a Riner man with having sex with a minor, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
Brent Ashley McKinney, 42, is charged with four counts of sex with a child 15 to 17 years old, and five counts of aggravated sexual battery with a child 13 to 17 years old, according to the release. He was being held today in the Western Virginia Regional Jail without bond.
An investigation is ongoing.
