Virginia Tech panel opts to table fee increase
A Virginia Tech Board of Visitors meeting on 2012-13 tuition held Friday morning in Roanoke came to an abrupt end with no decision.
The special meeting of the full board at the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center was held to consider a resolution to raise tuition and fees for all students, and required several board members who live hours from Roanoke to travel back to the area mere weeks after the regular quarterly meeting held in March.
