Three drug arrests made in Montgomery County
A search warrant executed in McCoy Tuesday turned up three meth-related arrests, according to Capt. Brian Wright with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
The warrant, served at the 1600 block of Duluth Road by investigators with the sheriff’s office and Virginia State Police Drug Task Force resulted in numerous charges.
Timothy Wlliam Comer, 47, of Blacksburg, was charged with conspiring to manufacture meth.
David Robert Graham Jr., 47, of Blacksburg, was charged with possession of drugs, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm and drugs, carrying a concealed weapon, and driving while intoxicated. The latter charge allegedly occurred as Graham drove onto the scene.
Timothy William Rader, 27, of Blacksburg, was charged with conspiring to manufacture meth, manufacturing meth, possession of drugs and possessing a firearm as a felon.
All three men were being held today in the Montgomery County Jail without bail and the investigation is ongoing.
