Jury finds for patients in medical malpractice lawsuit

A Roanoke Circuit Court jury decided that a mom and a daughter should get $9 million for the negligence of two New River Valley obstetricians, David Roberts and Jay B. Terry, from Southwest Virginia Physicians for Women.
