Rick Phillips, 53, taught his children to stand up for themselves. When he was fired from his longtime job at StellarOne, he filed an age discrimination lawsuit. “It’s been a fight for the little man,” said wife Teresa, a Radford High School secretary. “It’s like the corporate world has took over and don’t care about anybody.”
