Appeals court says sentence for Montgomery County man was wrong

A Montgomery County man sentenced to 25 years in prison for dealing a fatal dose of drugs should be resentenced, a federal appeals court has ruled.

Seth Linkous Thomas was convicted last year by a federal jury of supplying the potent painkiller fentanyl to a friend.
