Police connect Roanoke bomb scare with Blacksburg explosion

Authorities today tied a Wednesday night bomb scare in a northwest Roanoke neighborhood to a pipe bomb explosion that same morning in Blacksburg.
Detectives arrested 23-year-old Derick Gregory Wilson of Roanoke on Wednesday.
