Man pleads guilty to involuntary manslaughter in 2010 Riner wreck

David Randolph Houston Cupp entered the courtroom Monday, entering a plea of not guilty, and he sat through jury selection. However, after a five minute recess before opening statements in the scheduled trial, Judge Bobby Turk announced that he had learned from Cupp’s attorney, Terri Bowles, that Cupp, 21, of Christiansburg wanted to change his plea.
