Power outage in Montgomery County expected to be restored by 4 p.m.
Appalachian Power said it expects to restore electricity by 4 p.m. today to between 500 and 2,000 electricity customers in Montgomery County who are without service.
Service failed about 7:50 a.m., spokesman Todd Burns said. The cause of the outage was not available.
